Hi, I’m Olivia!

I help the deep feelers struggling with anxiety, shame, boundaries, and grief return to themselves and reclaim their confidence. I believe we all have an innate capacity to heal and I’m honored to be a part of your process.
My approach is compassionate & meets you where you are
Therapy & Coaching
If you’re tired of trying to do it all and keep it all together, I got you. I use IFS to help the parts of you that are overworking and carrying pain to be seen and understood. There is a path forward and you deserve a soft place to land.
Group Support
“Making Space” a Bi weekly virtual group for women to receive and give support to each other around transitions; endings, beginnings, and the space between.
Reiki Energy Work
Reiki can bring harmony and balance to the mind, body and spirit and also supports nervous system regulation. My favorite offering is a combined IFS and Reiki session for an integrative experience.

Areas of Specialty
We’ll explore the protective patterns that once helped you survive and support the parts of you that have been holding pain and loneliness for far too long. Healing is not about fixing yourself but more about reconnecting with the person you've always been beneath the protective strategies.
Complex Trauma
Are you unsure of what’s next? Maybe you’re looking for support as you navigate your senior year and move on to college, or as you end a relationship, start a relationship, become a parent. Whatever it may be, I love to help people navigate the space in between where you are and where you are going.
Life Transitions
There is no right way to grieve and healing doesn’t mean forgetting but it can mean learning to carry your loss with compassion while finding meaning again. Together we’ll support you as you navigate your grief process in your own way.
Grief & Loss
I help highly sensitive women understand where they end and others begin. You may notice what others miss, feel emotions deeply, absorb the energy around you, and have a rich inner world. But when life feels overwhelming, that sensitivity can also leave you feeling anxious, overstimulated, emotionally exhausted, or like you’re “too much.”

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this right for me?
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that recognizes we all have different "parts" of ourselves, ie, the inner critic, the people-pleaser, the perfectionist, or the part that feels anxious or overwhelmed. Rather than judging or trying to eliminate these parts, IFS helps you understand them with curiosity and compassion. As you connect with your Self—the calm, courageous, creative essence within you—you can heal emotional wounds, reduce inner conflict, and experience greater confidence, clarity, and lasting emotional well-being

You’ll be welcomed into an intentional, cozy space, we’ll get you acclimated and then dive in. I like to spend the first session getting to know you, I’ll ask you questions and lead the majority of the session. Sometimes I take notes on my computer, but usually get so focused on you that I forget. We’ll chat about your hopes and desired outcomes for therapy and come up with some goals and make a plan to meet again if it feels right.

Great question! A good fit to me means feeling heard and understood, which ultimately leads to progress, which is what we both want! We’ll start with a complimentary consult call to get things started, you can ask any questions you may have and I will do my best to answer them. You want to feel like you can trust the person you are working with, the relationship matters more than any modality or training. I check in with clients after 3 or so sessions to make sure things are feeling aligned but always welcome feedback.
