Individual IFS Therapy & Coaching
Your return to wholeness within
-
Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy is a compassionate, evidence-based approach that recognizes we all have different "parts" of ourselves, ie, the inner critic, the people-pleaser, the perfectionist, or the part that feels anxious or overwhelmed. Rather than judging or trying to eliminate these parts, IFS helps you understand them with curiosity and compassion. As you connect with your Self—the calm, courageous, creative essence within you—you can heal emotional wounds, reduce inner conflict, and experience greater confidence, clarity, and lasting emotional well-being
-
Both coaching and therapy can help you grow but they work in different ways.
Which one is right for you?
If you're navigating grief, trauma, or a mental health diagnosis, therapy is likely the better starting point. If you're mentally healthy but feel stuck, unfocused, or ready to level up in a specific area of life, coaching may be the better fit. -
I believe healing is most powerful when you feel genuinely seen, understood, and safe enough to show up as your whole self. My approach is warm, relational, and deeply human, I’m not here to analyze you from across the room or tell you who you should be.
I blend Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care to help you understand the parts of yourself that have learned to protect, strive, overthink, or hold everything together. Rather than simply managing symptoms, we’ll gently explore what’s underneath them and create space for something different.
I bring curiosity, compassion, and authenticity into the room, along with a deep respect for your own inner knowing. Our work is collaborative and tailored to you.
You don’t need to arrive with everything figured out. You just need a place where you can begin.
-
Maybe you’ve been thinking about therapy, but the idea of an open-ended commitment doesn’t feel like what you need right now.
Maybe there’s something specific you’re ready to tend to, a transition, a relationship pattern, anxiety, burnout, grief, an old wound that keeps resurfacing, or simply the feeling that something in your life is asking to shift.
The 90-Day Therapy Container is a focused, three-month commitment to yourself.
Over 90 days, we’ll create intentional space to slow down, get curious about the patterns and protective parts shaping your experience, and begin moving toward meaningful change.
This may be a good fit if you:
• want to experience therapy without committing to long-term, open-ended work
• have a specific area of your life you’d like to explore more deeply
• feel stuck in patterns you understand intellectually but haven’t been able to shift
• are navigating a transition, ending, beginning, or season of change
• are craving dedicated space to reconnect with yourselfMy approach is warm, relational, somatic, and informed by Internal Family Systems, honoring that lasting change happens by creating enough safety to understand what’s happening underneath.
90 days. A clear beginning. Intentional space in the middle. And room to see what becomes possible.
Reiki Energy Work
Balance mind, body & spirit
-
Reiki is a gentle, non invasive, hands-on energy practice that originated in Japan, designed to promote deep relaxation and support your body's natural sense of balance and wellbeing through the “life force energy”.
During a session, you'll remain fully clothed and comfortable while I use light touch to help support your nervous system and ease tension. Many clients describe feeling more relaxed, clear-headed, and at ease afterward, a nice complement to the deeper work we do in coaching or therapy.
Reiki isn't a replacement for medical or mental health treatment, but it can be a soothing addition to your overall wellness routine, especially if you're looking for a way to slow down, reconnect with your body, and simply be for an hour.
-
Sessions are typically an hour in length, and include a brief conversation about what's going on for you and what you're hoping to experience at the start. 45 minutes of Reiki in a quiet, comfortable space and time afterward to reflect and integrate. Sessions occur fully clothes, laying down on a massage table and often involve essential oils and sound healing as well.
-
I am so glad you asked! Yes, I love offering reiki in combination with IFS. Reiki is a great way to integrate some of the deeper work that IFS brings up. Additionally, Reiki can support you in slowing down and getting in touch with your internal world to engage in IFS more readily.

It may be! Are you wanting to feel less alone in your current struggles? Do you want to connect with other women? This group is a great way to give and receive support and connect with like minded women. It is not a substitute for therapy but a great addition to your current wellness routine.
-
You can expect to be met with respect and compassion and be given a space to share, reflect, and explore what’s currently coming up for you in whatever capacity you are comfortable sharing.
-
It is not, this group will have therapeutic value but is not a replacement for therapy.
I’m here to guide you back to your truest essence
Complex Trauma
Healing from complex trauma means getting to know your protective parts with compassion, so no part of you has to carry its burden alone
Grief and Loss
Grief doesn't need to be fixed or rushed through, it needs space to be witnessed, honored, and carried with compassion
ADHD
ADHD isn't a character flaw, it's a different way of thinking that deserves support, structure, and self-compassion instead of shame
Life Transitions
Change can stir up uncertainty and grief even when it’s a choice, you don't have to navigate the unknown alone
HSP’s
Your sensitivity isn’t a flaw, it’s a part of who you are and when you learn how to work with it rather than against it, it can become one of your greatest strengths
Spirituality
You don’t have to have all of the answers, you can stay curious and connected to something outside of yourself in times of need
