The Dreaded Middle
I am always noticing themes arising in my practice and in my own personal life.
Lately folks and myself have been navigating the space in between. The knowing you’re heading somewhere but not quite being there yet.
It seems as though many of us don’t like this space.
We want resolution, we want to have arrived, we want to feel settled. But that desire can cause us to act too urgently, make decisions hastily and out of alignment.
My thoughts on this?
Ask yourself where the urgency is coming from.
What part of me needs this experience to move faster than it is? What does that part need me to know, how is it trying to help me?
You’ll have something to tend to on the other side of those questions, I am sure of it.
I’m in this practice with you and I’m here if you need.
